​Clive Dunne MSc. Managing Director and founder of Elk Recruitment has over sixteen years senior management experience working domestically and internationally for privately owned and multinational facade, fenestration, curtain walling and glass firms across Ireland and the Middle East. During this period, Clive has managed departments such as Estimation, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Recruitment, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, H&S and Project Management. This in-depth industry experience coupled with an MSc in Operations Management places Elk Recruitment at the forefront of Global Facade, Construction, and Engineering recruitment.

​Experienced Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Security and Automatics Industry with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting sector.Skilled in Operations Management, Communication, and People Management. Strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Arts - BA focused in Communications and Public Relations from Institute of Technology, Carlow.

​Siobhan joined Elk in June 2020 as our primary contact for Business Development. Siobhan comes with a BSc in Tourism & Management and has spent a number of years working in various business development positions within a number of different industries.

​Clodagh joined the team in Oct 2019 as a Senior Construction Specialist and comes with a Bachelor in Business. Clodagh is a great addition to the team, dedicated to her clients and the overall delivery of a Quality Service.

​Originally from London, Sue moved to Ireland 16 years ago. She has a BA in Marketing, along with more than 20 years of experience in Recruitment across a variety of Industries gained in both Ireland and UK.

​Marie joined the Elk team in Nov 2023 as a Senior Associate. Marie comes with ample in industry experience in areas such as HR, QA/QC for Contractors in Ireland and Abroad. Degree Qualified and over 5 years in Domestic and International Recruitment, Marie is an excellent addition to the Elk team.

​Gary joined Elk in Feb 2024 as a Recruitment Associate, bringing extensive expertise in talent acquisition and client relations to the Delivery Team.  Gary hails from Ballylinan, County Laois and is an avid footballer with his local club Ballylinan GAA. Gary comes with 10 years’ experience in the construction industry and a Law Degree from UCD, has a strong background in recruiting across various industries, and currently plays a pivotal role in matching top-tier talent with leading companies across Ireland.

A native of Carlow, Ger joined Elk in 2018 as a Recruitment Administrator. With a background in mechanical engineering and a period of self-employment, Ger opted for a career change and returned to education. Ger qualified with a first-class Degree in Business Administration and a Higher Diploma in Marketing from IT Carlow. He was also awarded Level 7 Business Student of the Year in 2016.
