We are a leading plumbing and heating company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients across County Kildare and surrounding areas. With a reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service, we are looking to expand our sales team with a driven and results-focused Area Sales Executive.

Role Summary:
As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales nationwide. You will work closely with builders, contractors, plumbing merchants, and end-users to promote our products and services. This role combines field-based sales activity with strategic account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the plumbing and heating sector.
  • Conduct site visits, provide product demonstrations, and deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience, ideally in plumbing, heating, construction, or a related technical sector.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing and heating products and systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Full clean driving licence (company vehicle provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
