This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administraotr to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization in the workwear industry.

- Managing and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improving service processes.
- Monitoring customer feedback and reporting trends to management for analysis and action.
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including maintaining documentation and updating databases.
- A degree in business administration or related field is beneficial.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles in a fast paced environment.
- Strong IT skills are a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience reaching/ exceeding targets
- Full clean driving licence.
