At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Window and Door Site Supervisor to join our client’s growing team based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of installation crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper installation of windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the installation process.
- Communicate project goals, schedules, and expectations to crews.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain project timelines and report progress to Project Manager.
- Ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate delivery and storage of windows, doors, tools, and materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including time sheets, work orders, and incident reports.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and inspectors as needed.
- Enforce company policies and promote a positive work environment.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction—preferably with a focus on windows and doors.
- Strong understanding of window and door installation practices, tools, and materials.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 3–5 years of relevant field experience
- Familiarity with both residential and commercial projects
