At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Architectural Technologist/Building Inspector to join our client’s growing team based in Monaghan. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist/Building Inspector to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

Preparation of Statutory applications – Planning, FSC, DAC, BCMS.
Developing and producing detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
Conducting site surveys, inspections, and progress meetings.
Researching and advising on materials, products, and technologies.
Managing and delivering projects within budget and time constraints.

Experience you need:

Experience in a Building Surveying or Architectural role.
Must hold a Building Surveying or Architectural Degree.
Knowledge of the building regulations in the Irish market.
Full Drivers Licence
