All candidates are screened rigorously in person or by phone. When you receive a candidate you will know that your Elk representative has processed the candidate and has decided that this candidate is suitable. In addition, a candidate will never be put forward for a role without his/her consent.
When a candidate has been placed, follow-up is crucial. Cultural changes in joining a new organisation are sometimes difficult to adjust to, so Elk will always assist in the bedding in process by means of a follow-up.
