Position: Company Finance Manager

Location: Kilkenny

Responsibilities:

• Posting invoices
• Processing payments, local and international
• Profit & loss analyses
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Foreign Exchange Revaluation
• Bank reconciliation of numerous bank accounts including various currencies
• Management of Aged Creditors
• VAT returns and EC sales
• Preparation and reconciliation
• Submissions
• Payments
• Corporate tax calculations in collaboration with the accounting agency
• Preparation year end accounts for audit
• Oversee credit control and administration for Ireland
• Risk evaluation / define credit limits /credit collection
• Prepare journals including but not limited to payroll, depreciations, prepayments, accruals

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable on accounting and fiscal requirements for Ireland
• A professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/CPA/ACCA/ACA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Finance Manager role for a Company with an annual turnover greater than €10m.
• Experience in accounting software.
• Proficient in English
• Numerical, analytical
• Excellent Communication skills
• Reliable
