In this role, you will have the opportunity to blend your architectural expertise with innovative design to craft facades that not only enhance the aesthetic of buildings but also contribute to their functionality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade concepts.
• Create detailed facade designs and specifications that align with project goals.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes for facade construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies to ensure designs meet local codes and regulations.
• Prepare 3D models and renderings for client presentations and team discussions.
• Review shop drawings and provide feedback during the construction phase.
• Assist in project management tasks to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facade design or architectural design.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
