Our client is hiring a Junior Construction Project Manager for our Dublin based Project Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Report into our Contracts Manager
Regular liaison with all relevant parties
Procurement
Liaising/Assisting Site Managers
Contract administration
Data management
Health and safety file coordination
Coordinating the project team
Planning key tasks
Reporting on progress and cost
Reporting and progress tracking
Preparation of and updates to Construction Programmes
Preparation of projects reports
Representing company at site visits and meetings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is essential. CIOB/ RICS accreditation preferred.
Effective decision making and strong verbal and written
Ability to take initiative and prioritise your
Proactive and driven approach to work and creating
Ability to working in a team of diverse individuals to meet common
Good organisation skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to ask for help when needed, as well.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings
To work well within a team environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with others.

IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of MS Project is
