We are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our clients friendly property management services team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring their team operate smoothly and efficiently. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, from performing routine maintenance checks to addressing more complex repair issues.
Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance checks on facilities to ensure proper operation
Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and prioritise tasks effectively
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
Assist with the setup and takedown of events and meetings

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
