Your new role includes:

Oversee daily operations across the Restaurant, Bar, Events and other areas of operations to ensure smooth functionality and exceptional guest service
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance guest experience.
Work with and support the Group General Manager and Heads of Deparmtents.
Demonstrate a complete knowledge of wine and beverage list, including cocktails and promote the use of suggestive sell to guests.
Ensure guest complaints are consistently resolved in a prompt and efficient manner
Train, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff to foster a high-performing team environment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to ensure quality standards are upheld
Identify market trends in dining and beverage service for both property guests and the local market and act upon the same.

Experience you need:

A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management would be preferred but is not essential
Minimum 3 – 4 years restaurant experience within a similar position of similar size hotel.
Possess strong food and beverage, coffee, wine and cocktail knowledge.
Proven exemplary guest service and sales skills.
Knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsible Service of Alcohol/General Manager’s Certificate.
