At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Project Planner to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Planner to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using industry-standard project management tools.
Liaise with Project managers regarding project progress, project claims, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to allocate resources effectively.
Prepare regular progress reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making processes.

Experience you need:

Full clean driver’s license essential.
A qualification in engineering or equivalent is desirable.
Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity) experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a teams
Knowledge of Irish utility regulations and standards is a plus.
