Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Dublin

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Our client a fitout company are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for their expanding team in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of project budgets, cost plans and feasibility studies as appropriate.
• Assisting with tenders and completing tenders.
• Monthly valuations and variations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minium 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of the various forms of contract used in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction processes, techniques and systems.
• Demonstrates commercial awareness.
• Strong numeracy and report writing skills.
• Strong negotiation & conflict management skills and Process oriented with focus on results.
• Strong attention to detail
