At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction Sales Executive to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organisation.

Your new role includes:
  • Management of key accounts
  • Develop and grow our customer base in existing markets
  • Develop new market areas
  • Work to agreed sales targets
  • Manage customer orders and ensure they are accurately put through the sales system
  • Liaise with the warehouse to ensure efficient delivery to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations
  • Maintain regular contact with customers on delivery runs
  • Arrange and manage customer visits where appropriate
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Work well as part of a busy sales team
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the product portfolio
Experience you need:
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ sales experience, preferably in industrial sales or manufacturing
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Ability to work on own initiative to deliver results
  • Broad commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build effective, professional relationships
  • A highly-engaged, motivated individual who is a team player
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and industry events
