Your new role includes:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of gas detection systems at construction sites
Calibrate and troubleshoot gas detection equipment to ensure optimal performance
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding gas detection systems
Document all maintenance and service activities in compliance with industry standards
Train and educate clients on the operation and maintenance of gas detection systems
Work collaboratively with construction teams to identify gas detection needs and solutions
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to gas detection

Experience you need:

Be a qualified electrician
Previous experience in a service technician role
Strong understanding of gas detection equipment and safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
