At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Joinery Site Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Blanchardstown. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

Overseeing and managing of projects from start to finish ensuring programme, budget and high-quality delivery are achieved.
Collaborating with the client & design team to ensure project specifications meet client requirements and industry standards.
Liaising with in-house operations & production team to develop a programme of work and timeline for successful completion of project.
Serving as the main point of contact for the client/contractor maintaining clear communication throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Liaising with CAD Technicians & Technical Manager to ensure drawings are correct to spec, have been updated with confirmed site dimensions and are ready for production to agreed schedule.
Identifying any potential risks and mitigation of same.
Monitoring of project schedules to ensure potential delays are recognised early so agreed delivery dates can be achieved.
Managing project budgets and ensure variations/extras are captured throughout the project.
Coordinating and supervise installation teams to ensure precise and efficient fitting of joinery elements and ensure work is completed snag free.

Experience you need:

Proven 2-year experience in site management within the fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of joinery design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
