- Overseeing and managing of projects from start to finish ensuring programme, budget and high-quality delivery are achieved.
- Collaborating with the client & design team to ensure project specifications meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Liaising with in-house operations & production team to develop a programme of work and timeline for successful completion of project.
- Serving as the main point of contact for the client/contractor maintaining clear communication throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Liaising with CAD Technicians & Technical Manager to ensure drawings are correct to spec, have been updated with confirmed site dimensions and are ready for production to agreed schedule.
- Identifying any potential risks and mitigation of same.
- Monitoring of project schedules to ensure potential delays are recognised early so agreed delivery dates can be achieved.
- Managing project budgets and ensure variations/extras are captured throughout the project.
- Coordinating and supervise installation teams to ensure precise and efficient fitting of joinery elements and ensure work is completed snag free.
- Proven 2-year experience in site management within the fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of joinery design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
