Position: Site Manager - Fit-out

Location: Dublin

Our client, a leading Construction & Fit-out company, are now looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for projects in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from conception to completion.
• Scheduling all works in line with the construction program in place.
• Liaising with Design teams, client representatives, Quantity Surveyor on site, Senior management team and subcontractors.
• Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the construction industry in Ireland, building regulations and standards
• 10+ years' experience working in a Site Manager role with a Main Contractor in Ireland or UK.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project etc.
• Have the ability to effectively manage and motivate the workforce on site.
• New build experience would be an advantage.
