At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Window amd Door Surveyor to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Window & Door Surveyor to make a real impact in an established window and door company.

Your new role includes:

Conduct detailed surveys of residential and commercial properties for window and door installations
Measure existing openings and assess structural requirements for proposed installations
Prepare thorough reports outlining findings and recommendations for clients and contractors
Provide accurate cost estimates based on survey findings and current market rates
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure alignment on project specifications
Identify potential issues during surveys and propose practical solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and product innovations
Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and provide updates on project status

Experience you need:

Full clean Irish drivers license is a must.
Strong technical understanding of the construction industry or a trade background / training
Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards related to windows and doors beneficial
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and report writing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
