Your new role includes:

Conduct detailed BER assessments for residential properties.
Evaluating building energy performance and compliance with established regulations and standards.
Utilize various assessment methodologies to evaluate energy performance.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended improvements.
Engage with clients to explain energy ratings and assessment processes.
Stay informed about relevant legislation and industry standards.
Provide guidance on energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance energy performance initiatives.

Experience you need:

Relevant certification as a BER Assessor under current regulations.
Proven experience in conducting energy assessments and audits.
Experience in Airtightness Testing and/ or Ventilation Validation a distinct advantage
Strong understanding of building energy performance standards and legislation.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using assessment software and tools.
