At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Non Domestic BER Assessor to join our client’s growing team based in Wexford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BER Assessorto make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

What’s on Offer:

€30,000 - €34,000 Salary
Van during work hours

Your new role includes:

Building surveys & preparation of domestic & non-domestic Building Energy Ratings (BER) and Building Regulations Part L Compliance assessments.
U-value calculation & condensation risk analysis
Advising clients on building compliance particularly TGD Part L & F (NZEB)

Experience you need:

Level 6 Qualification in Construction/Engineering/ Architecture/Sustainability.
Registered as a BER Assessor on SEAI.
IT skills: AutoCAD, Word and Excel are essential.
Full clean driving licence & willing to travel to client sites.
Enthusiastic, good communicator and self-motivated in their approach to work.
Knowledge of Domestic BER certification desirable but full training will be provided
Two years’ experience in a similar role
