At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Contracts Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
  • Review, analyse, and negotiate contracts for windows and doors projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other departments to align contract execution with project requirements.
  • Manage a team of project managers to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Schedule fitters on site and off site in accordance to project plans
  • Develop and implement effective contract management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise during execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments relevant to contracts in the windows and doors sector.
 
Experience you need:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the window and door or construction industry.
  • Design background is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong scheduling and planning skills
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
