Your new role includes:

Review, analyse, and negotiate contracts for windows and doors projects.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to align contract execution with project requirements.
Manage a team of project managers to ensure smooth running of the business
Schedule fitters on site and off site in accordance to project plans
Develop and implement effective contract management policies and procedures.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise during execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract negotiations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments relevant to contracts in the windows and doors sector.

Experience you need:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the window and door or construction industry.
Design background is beneficial.
Strong understanding of negotiation techniques.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong scheduling and planning skills
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
