At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Window Schedule Creator to join our client’s growing team based in Louth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Scheduler/ Estimator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
  • Read drawings, interpret clients’ needs and produce windows schedule per pricing
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window and door installations based on project specifications and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to review plans and specifications, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Generate and maintain thorough documentation of estimates, schedules, and project details.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide competitive estimates and schedules.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies between estimates, schedules, and actual project costs.
Experience you need:
  • Secondary diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in estimating and project scheduling, preferably in the window and door industry. Preferred but training will be provided.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using estimation software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
